The best customer service I've ever had! I treated myself to some jewellery after winning an award at work. Unfortunately the package from Daisy was stolen from my front door (inside a block of flat!) before I'd got home from work. Daisy were absolutely incredible and resent me my order immediately. I cannot thank them enough!

I have purchased from Daisy numerous times over the past few years and they have all been staples in my jewelry collection. The pieces are nice quality and won't break the bank. I LOVE the Estee Lalonde collections they are my favorites. I have had amazing experience with their customer service as well. Very attentive and great about fixing any issues quickly. The shipping is also super quick even though I am in the US which is always nice.

I received a ring and a necklace from daisy london for my 18th birthday and I absolutely love them. The ring is such a lovely size and the flowers are so pretty and unique. The necklace is really simple and looks gorgeous as an everyday necklace. The jewellery is great quality and well worth the money. I love daisy Jewellery and will definitely will be shopping here in the future!

Daisy is such a beautiful brand! I have a few pieces from here and I’m planning on building up my collection with more pieces from here. I accidentally got the wrong size rings a week ago so I’ve exchanged them, and the customer service team has been so good in replying to me and keeping me updated! They are so quick at replying even during this pandemic so hats off to them! The prices are also so excellent for the quality and I wear my chain necklace every day, in the shower and at the gym and it hasn’t tarnished at all. Love it

I received the Estée Lalonde Flow Huggie Hoops Sterling Silver as a Christmas present from my husband (after sending him the link ?) and it's my favourite silver pair of earrings yet! Super lightweight, you forget they are there, beautiful shiny silver and the perfect size to be worn on its own or with necklace(s) too. The only thing I'd change is the option for less packaging - for environmental reasons.

I Was given the gold daisy ring from my partner for Christmas. It came so quickly! The ring is beautiful and the box it comes in is a lovely touch. The only negative I have is the edges of the daisy are extremely sharp! My ring is catching on everything... my clothes, my pillows, my skin and if I try and put my hair up, my hair catches on the ring and rips out. Beautiful ring but I think the edges of the daisy need to be softened slightly x

I orders 2 pairs of earrings in separate orders, made over a long period of time in between and both of them were faulted. The Sunburst Shield Hoop Silver Earrings I received with the silver detailed plate outside of them. The Octagonal Huggie Hoops Sterling Silver had a faulty lock and when I stood over the sink one of the earnings fell in. Beautiful designs. But poor quality. One time maybe is a mistake, but the second time?

I love the design of the Estee Lalonde x Daisy Jewellery collections. However, I bought the rising sun frame necklace last year (2019) and the gold plating started wearing off on the back after maybe half a year of wearing it? It is mainly the bottom two corners and a patch in the middle. It's not noticeable when I am wearing it but I was disappointed because it's not cheap and I expected it to be better quality given the price. Admittedly I have showered with it on a few times and wear it to bed sometimes but have been taking it off before I sleep and shower now! Great designs but not sure if it is worth the price tag.

I had a problem with a defective product but Daisy was quick to help me no questions asked. I’ve been extremely impressed with the very responsive and kind costumer service and would not hesitate purchasing more products from them in the future.
